Halloween and All Saints' Day

Posted on Monday, October 19, 2020 by Ana Concejero

After talking about our own festivals and those ones which  have been incorporated to our culture, I'd like you to create a presentation comparing Halloween and All Saints' Day.
Pay attention to the following points:
-When they take place.
-What they celebrate
-What people do.
-Typical food.

Food for thought: Are we losing our national identity by celebrating festivals which are not original of our own country?

Free resources in the Oxford Halloween corner and below a powerpoint presentation that our language assistant from New Zealand, Natalie Kemp, created for our students.
I love her accent! Enjoy it and the pictures we took at our English Halloween breakfast!

Thanks Natalie for letting me post your work!
