I would say the thing that makes me the happiest is actually developing new skills (or, at least, trying them for the first time) and doing different things every day.
The feeling of tiredness and pride I get when I lay down in my bed after a challenging day skyrockets my motivation and makes me feel fulfilled. Despite what I've just said, rest days are a major need and you shouldn't ignore them since having screwed up rest days is gonna lower your performance.
I would summarize this in prioritizing your self-improvement and focusing on improving yourself and the only way to achieve this is trying new things, even if you fail you would learn much more than the one who hasn't even tried.
Little moments makes me happy such as when the night comes and my family and I are watching TV, laughing and talking about how was our day, or when I see people are smiling. Also, when I prepare some dish and people like it.
In general I say to the people I care about how glad I am or I thank to them the things they do.

First of all, my greatest happiness is spending time with the people i love most in my life. In my case they are my family, friends and my dog. I love that come the weekends just to know that some of those days i will be able to see my friends without caring about the plan and i can spend more free time with my family.
On the other hand, it also makes me happy to dedicate time to myself.By this I mean doing the things I like best like rhythmic gymnastics, watch sunsets, listen to music while taking a relaxing bath, take pictures, buy clothes...
It also makes me very happy one afternoon helping out in my Holy Week Brotherhood as I love and I have a great time with my friends there.
In conclusion, my happiness depends on the people around me and to love myself, with it also to achieve my goals. Right now I am studying bachillerato, because I would love to be doctor or veterinary if I get it I’ll be very happy.
Personally,what makes me happy is being in the nature while doing cool activities (with cool activities I mean those ones that I like such as cycling,doing barbecues or doing some cliff jumping in the beach).
While I'm in the nature I feel so much better than in my room,because I can feel something that nowadays its so hard to find,freedom.
The feeling of being watching the sunset while hearing the whistle of the birds or the sound of the waves in the sea it's just impossible to put in words.
Another thing that makes me happy it's to help the people I like when they have problems,for example,when one of my friends has got a problem and he tells me I automatically start thinking about a solution,if the solution I give works I feel so realised and useful.
It also works with animals,for example one year and a half ago I found an abandoned dog while cycling,I took care of it for a few days and when I saw it better than the first day I felt like a hero,and that's a very beautiful memory that I have.
